REFERRALS
Macleay Psychology & Allied Health accepts referrals for private clients, Mental Health Care Plans (MHCPs), National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants, Workers Compensation, and Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) clients.
General practitioners (GPs), psychiatrists, and paediatricians can refer a client by emailing a Referral Letter and Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), where relevant, to admin@macleaypsychology.com

Once received, our team will contact the client directly to arrange an appointment. Please include the client’s current contact details in the referral.

If you are a Support Coordinator referring a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participant, or a NDIS participant seeking services, please complete our referral form
